There are a lot of reviews with the good so I'm going to tell you the not so good ( all the good is right) :
-daily housekeeping is BAD ( even with a good tip left on the room). They do less than minimum. Maybe just takeout the trash. The bed is made worse than by my 4 year old, they don't clean anything nor pick up anything. The room seems dirty
-the staff from housekeeping stand near the elevators to talk and discuss everyday really early in the morning. But they are REALLY loud. We even heard them fight.
This will only affect the rooms closest to the elevator ( like 2127-2125). They woke me up
-Food is not really good. Is not bad, just ok in average which was really dissapointing. The pan asian restaurant ( Melting Pot) was actually the worse
-Some staff at the buffet needs better training. I asked a lady at the Grilling station what type of meat was and she said "beef" , I asked which and she didn´t know. I know is silly but is something standard.
-they didn´t recognize Expedia VIP status. After 2 days ( and the email from Expedia) they gave us access at their Finest club ( which I do recommend )
Place is lovely. Perfect for family with kids . The amenities at the room for babies are amazing.
Staff is so amazing.
I did love the place and hope this details are worked on.
