"Front desk staff was not a pleasant experience. The TV didn’t work the first night and the rest of the nights had the incorrect name on it. I loved our room and the rooftop. The restaurant was more than half empty and they wouldn’t seat us because they said they had reservations. The bar seats should be reserved for walk in hotel guests at least. The food was really good that we tried for room service."

"We enjoyed our 3-night stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful; included breakfast was good. Room was very clean, but basic and we missed having coffee service in the room; however, the bathroom was spacious (especially for European standards :) with excellent water pressure. A/C and heating (it was hot during the day and cool at night) both worked very well. Location was great! Would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Barcelona!"

"The location of the property was really good, just a 10 minute stroll to the end of La Rambla and the port area. We explored quite a lot of Barcelona and decided this was definitely the best area to stay as we were near so many local eateries. The room was spotless, thanks to the fabulous housekeeping team. "The room was clean and just the right amount of stay for a couples vacation. The area is great, quiet and quick access to the metro and bus routes. All in all you are a bit away from the tourist areas which is great for sleep and not more than a 10-15 min metro ride to most if not all major attractions."

"Great location to explore Barcelona for 4 days. I splurged on room 1012 and I’m so glad: large bedroom, large bathroom, large lounge with larger refrigerator AND an INCREDIBLE large balcony (more like a patio) with a clear view of the Sagrada Familia. The staff at this hotel were very helpful. And a bonus was the outdoor pool on the 8th floor which helped us to cool off and relax after full days of sightseeing. I will stay here again the next time I’m in Barcelona."
