The check-in process was super convenient and fully digital with a code, and the staff assisting with check-in were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has been renovated well and to a decent standard. A few money grabs that really should not have been there with a 4 star hotel like charging for pool towels and parking. But can’t fault the team and place overall"

La Mata is a great mellow town to make your home base with great restaurants and a couple markets right down the boardwalk. It’s not super fancy, so don’t expect the four seasons, but it’s a great place to stay, highly recommend. "
"Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Right on the seafront and walkable to all amenities of the resort and town. Parking can be somewhat difficult during busy periods, first time we parked we were on the next street, the second time we parked was a 4 minute walk away so not far. The lady on reception was super friendly and accommodating and made lots of recommendations for exploration of the area. Overall a lovely stay at Hotel Alaska!"
