"Seriously lovely experience. I was concerned about being overrun by kids …. Totally was not. There were plenty of adults vacationing. Something for everyone. Very clean , well maintained. I really loved the staff- very helpful and kind. I tried to tip frequently and would recommend the same for anyone going , who can do this. These people were working their butts off !!!!!!!!! Would absolutely visit again. My kids had the time of their lives. Thank you !"

To give you an idea of how thorough the service is -- they employ a falconer to chase away other birds from the pool and beach area. I didn't see one seagull while there. "Can’t say enough about this great resort. Every single staff member was beyond nice. Every single one had a smile and really seemed to want to take care of us. They all constantly wanted to be of assistance and make our stay better. The resort was extremely clean and everywhere you looked there was smiling staff cleaning and maintaining. The beach was like 40 ft from the steps of the resort. And was beautiful. The security of the place is beyond great. They def want to keep their guests safe....

"Very friendly and pleasant staff. Good food selections from various restaurants but not much entertainment available at night (maybe due to the FIFA World Cup). "Everything was great"

"Good location, but was woken up at 2:30am by a group that seemed to be fighting drunk. When i asked the staff the day after what had happened they said there was a flight cancelled. They should have requested the other guests to be mindful of the others due to the noise, but they didn’t do anything about it. The pool, only open from 4pm, was closed for maintenance at 5pm and the gym is very very basic."
