I decided to pick a higher end hotel this time thinking it would exceed my expectations however I was suprised with how bad the customer service is!! Upon arrival staff at the door to the front desk is not friendly nor welcoming. They speak to you as if you are being an inconvenience to them. After check in our room had many broken things- the phone, the shampoo and hand soap dispenser and as it began to get dark cockroaches began to come out. We killed over 10 of them. The room we were in was noisey as it was next to the elevator and a service room. They do not offer concierge service nor food room service. I rented a full size crib from Babyquip and had it delivered to hotel. The hotel refused to take to our room and we had to carry it. After requesting a new room, they moved us to a downgraded room with only 1 bathroom. We were a group of 3 kids and 3 adults so 1 bathroom was not okay. Plus this is one of the main reasons I reserved here. For an entire day of our vacation I dealt with moving rooms 2x and they kept telling us to go back to front desk at 2pm and then 3pm. Such a waisted day of my vacation having to deal with this. They finally did move us rooms to another that was like the one I reserved. The food is bland- no taste. The waiters at the buffet are not friendly. The person seating people at the entrance of the buffet is also very unfriendly. Everytime I'd ask for a high chair they said they would bring and never would. I found myself requesting it numerous
