"Great service and location. Staff is the big plus"

"During our stay, water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling, apparently coming from the room above. We called the lobby and staff came very quickly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the issue could not be resolved at that moment, and we were not offered another room because the hotel was fully booked. Aside from this plumbing issue, we have no other complaints about the hotel. We hope this problem can be properly fixed for future guests."

"Excellent location. Walkable to tons of the places that make the Gothic quarter special. Very reasonable walk to the waterfront as well. There is a lively plaza behind the hotel with some kind of band that played most nights but they were quiet by a little after ten and besides them you really couldn’t hear much noise from outside at all as the windows and walls are very well sound proofed.
