"Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. The rooftop pool…should not be allowed to call it a pool. Very misleading. It’s tiny and we weren’t allowed to use it as they were closing off the area for a private event. It’s part of why we selected that hotel and we were disappointed with that part of our stay. "first off, hotel is beautifull and in a beautifull location. Only major problem we had was that they checked us into someone elses room by accident so when we arrived we let ourselves into someone elses room . The room was a different room type and had someone elses stuff in it. Cleaner walked in and seemed suprised we were in there. we told reception and they gave us the correct room, they didnt seem to bothered even though to me it seemed like a security issue. "It is the second time i have bin by Sir Victor Hotel this year. Really nice, i love the top roof, were you have nice view over the chimney and balcony, and be relaxed with good meals and soft music and with nice places with sun. The room is comfortable clean and still. "
