Troba hotels a Teatre de la Zarzuela, Madrid i rodalia a partir de 148 €

"Madrid is small, reachable from everywhere. A bit too close to congress and “Sol Square” riots area, avoid during political tense times. All over I usually stay there."

"Great hotel elegant boutique and private not massive more personalized."

"Great location and beautifully designed but it is 6 months old! No one to help us with our luggage upon arrival at the front door (around 5pm on a Friday), no signs to guide us to the reception area that was on another floor. The room (207), absolutely not worth the price as it was the size of a shoe box for 2 adults with 2 suitcases. No night stands, no charging outlets and no proper space for 2 luggage racks. It was the most uncomfortable room I have ever stayed in!"

"Staff"

"The quality of service varies considerably depending on the staff member. Immediately after checking in, I found many flies in my room. When I reported this to the staff, I was told it was normal."

"This IS a great hotel! Clean and tastefully furnished facilities, spotless, great roof top and restaurant in the heart of Madrid! Best part is the staff and service. I was truly impressed as a hotel connoisseur! The staff is one of the best part of this gem. I’ll be back because this is a regular route for me!"

"Breakfast too expensive. Didn’t have it."

"The pool and spa facilities are glorious"

"Great hotel and location. Staff are slow to respond to email and chat in Expedia, and send copy paste answers that don’t answer the question asked."

"Horrible room. It appeared that we were given a handicapped room, but I don’t know for sure. The shower glass was moveable and allowed water to go everywhere. The bathroom door was heavy and the odd door handle made it difficult for a strong man to open. We also did not have a window to the outside. Our window faced an interior courtyard that was enclosed. Horrible room that is unsafe in case of an evacuation emergency. The bathroom counter was very small and will not accommodate 2 people’s...
