"Great hotel elegant boutique and private not massive more personalized."

"all is ok"

"This hotel was beautiful! Very elegant and the rooms were huge. Massive king size bed and the bathroom and shower were first class. Loved the robes, housekeeping was top notch and the front desk staff were very helpful! We highly recommend staying here when you're in Madrid!"

"Great location! Clean facility. Room was listed as “courtyard view” but my room had a view of other rooms and a wall! Bed was uncomfortable and shower was great. No concierge services. Room access key didn’t work 50% of the time. I loved Madrid and the location, but would not recommend."

"Breakfast too expensive. Didn’t have it."

"Horrible room. It appeared that we were given a handicapped room, but I don’t know for sure. The shower glass was moveable and allowed water to go everywhere. "Great hostel, lots of nice spots to eat and drink in the area"
