"Let me first start by saying that the communication with the owner was fantastic. They responded to our needs very quickly, which was appreciated.The apartment is rundown. We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. It looks like the bathroom had been remodeled somewhat recently. The drain clogged in the shower, but they were quick to repair that.The space is OK. There are two twins or a king bed in one...

"The location was perfect. Close to food and shopping. Arriving from the airport was easy as we took the Elizabeth line from Heathrow and our stop was around the corner from our apartment. It was also centralized to many connections from the London Tube system. Coffee was steps from the door. The other grade fine to the apartment was storing our luggage which was steps from our door"

"It’s a great and lively location in Camden Town, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Conveniently, there’s a grocery store right next door. The host is wonderful and communicative. Inside the home, although it’s quite small, it was sufficient for one person and very clean, which I greatly appreciated. The hallway and corridor outside the apartment are a bit old and not very clean, but that’s understandable since they’re shared areas that the host has less control over.The check-in...

"The apartment was well suited for the 3 of us. We did have a little trouble finding it the first go round as we thought it was a much shorter walk from the train station. (May have been our faulty navigational skills.) The only thing that might be a real issue for some people (not us) the apartment is really on the 2nd floor, up a flight of narrow steps. "Family friendly, cosy, welcoming, very thought out and a lovely experience. We stayed for 2 night's and down to every detail was perfect to fit with the harry potter theme, my kids were so amazed with our stay. "
