"There's no one at the spot; you have to reply on the telephone number they provided. The whole house had a heating system set at an inconveniently low temperature and one cannot put to it higher value. Myself and later another tenant had to wait one hour each over the phone right at the doorstep in order to make calls and get the drop box room key as well as the main door electronic lock fixed. "

"A group of eight family and friends were in London to begin our trip to visit Normandy for the 80th anniversary of D-Day. Jubed was an incredible host-attentive and very informative about the area and things to do in London for the three days we stayed. The apartment was clean, spacious and in a safe area. It was an easy walk to the train-even for two 80-year-olds who were with us. All of us stated that if we were in London again, we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Jubed!!! Stephanie"

"The house is in great location to get to everything quickly. There are a fair number of stairs that so make bringing in bags hard. The beds are smaller as expected so European. So outside of kids won’t fit 2 adults in the rooms other than the master. Great house. Need to try the bar across the street Purgatory as it has great cocktails"

"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"Property was as pictured. Lovely the Gina left us a bowl of fruit and a bottle of Prosecco. Perfect location for going to the theatre. Good movie cod area restaurants"

"Our first trip overseas with family of 12. Had a wonderful time. I cannot say enough about the house and owner. Qadar was absolutely great. The home is located perfectly to Hyde Park, underground, restaurants and stores. London was very crowded at this time but the house and its location gave us a lovely quiet place to return from days excursions. The house is very clean and has everything that you need. Qadar is readily available and provides many extras that we have not had at other rentals....

"Superbe situation géographique à 10 mn à pied de la bouche de métro, quartier très calme, centre commercial proche, divers restaurants, bowling à 5mn. Nous avons vraiment un passé un merveilleux séjour entre amis. Le seul petit bémol au niveau de la location c’est que dans 1 des 4 chambres le rideau occultant et la tringle manquaient car ils étaient sûrement tombés et pas remis avant notre arrivée."

"We all enjoyed the place. Location and property was as advertised! It was about 400 feet off Oxford Street and have a couple of local bars super close. Great vibe and everything was walkable (Chinatown, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, ...). My whole group said it was the best place and location!"

"This place was absolutely lovely for our family. We had three adults and two children (8 & 11) and there was plenty of room for all. It is a brief walk to the Tube which got us wherever we needed to go. Jeremy is an excellent host and super easy to communicate with when needed.
