"Lovely little chalet in great area. 2 good sized bedrooms. We'd have preferred lighter duvets and the (small) double in the bigger bedroom but that's only our personal preference. Well equipped kitchen area. Lots of dvds and games available for use. Good shower. Lovely views on a clear day. Nice quiet site Communication excellent. Overall a really lovely stay and would definitely return!! Thank you "

"No email/text or phone call to communicate the stay was cancelled. Messages on the app that i didnt know i needed.Travelled almost 2 hours in poor weather conditions with a toddler, to phone the place and the ‘office be closed’. Phoned help line which is in india who just kept telling me to wait 1 hour. 3 times!!! "

"Lovely property, you can see the lake from the living room window. Perfect for the little ones to see the ducks in the morning, excellent location. Very clean & tidy. Had everything we needed. Lovely decking area with table & chairs. The park it self has a lovely swimming pool, amazing kids club & parks. Will definitely book to come back again. "

"We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...
