"We enjoyed our stay in Bath and this flat. The flat is located just outside the city center with only a few minutes walk to the major sights. The flat is small but has everything you need. Well furnished and comfortable. It was nice having a smart TV with subscriptions to a couple of streaming services. The hosts were accommodating and provided some refreshments."

"Well located, quiet but at literally 1-minute walking distance from the very center of Bath and 5-minute walk from Train Station and Central Bus Stop (bus from closer airport -Bristol- stops there every 30 minutes peak hours and every hour off-peak) . Spacious and perfect for a 5-people stay. Tidy and spotlessly clean. No doubt I will repeat when coming again to Bath."

"The flat is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It’s also very quiet. The bathroom is lovely with a great shower. The beds are very comfy. "Beautiful property in Bath. Very clean and well maintained with a charming decor. Photos are accurate. Door opens directly onto the sidewalk so the noise from outside is noticeable, but only when in the dining room. The kitchen has everything you need and love the three bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and ample space for clothes and luggage."

"Hi - we loved the place and especially the location! There were just a few things that were a little frustrating: the TV remote did not work very well and so we bought some new batteries...it helped, but not much. We especially wanted to watch some YouTube documentaries about some of the places we were visiting - this is where we ran into trouble. Again, not a huge deal. The shower is a great design in theory, but practical, no. It was very hard for me to get into and very hard not to get...

"Great location, beautiful rooms, lots of space. It was an easy walk to the city centre. Groceries are a five minute walk away. The kitchen had everything (dishes, cookware, utensils, dishwasher, etc.). The host was very good at communicating prior to our stay and was very helpful when we arrived and during our stay. Highly recommend!"

"The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). With five adults and two teenagers the property's size accommodated us all easily. Paul was very welcoming and despite the weather we all enjoyed our stay."
