"The hotel is very close to Bristol airport which makes it perfect for coming on a late flight or departing early in the morning. Easy parking access and very close to rooms. Our triple room was great, perfect for the adults. Bathroom small, however the shower was superb. Complimentary breakfast could be richer."

"I was given a lovely warm welcome after a long journey to get there and felt at home as soon as arriving. The room was perfect, nice and quiet as requested and breakfast the next day was really nice and set me up for the day. Thanks so much i look forward to returning to you soon"

"Our lodge was amazing there was plenty of room for 4 adults and the lodge can accommodate 6 although only 4 people can sit at the dining table inside. The hot tub was ready for use when we arrived and self check in was easy. Amanda who came to check the hot tub was very friendly and helpful. Please note the lodge has underfloor heating so the wall heaters aren’t required and the hot water seems to be regulated from the thermostat in the kitchen. "Quick check in warm welcome, room clean , excellent measures put in place for corona virus hand gel stations all over hotel . Meals are really tasty and come out piping hot, big cooked breakfast really tasty ."

"I was disappointed that, although there seemed to be very few guests staying, we didn't have a sea view. Instead we had a view of the back of the driving range. Although the room was overall very clean, the dark carpet had obvious bleach spills and stains all over, and new carpets were definitely needed. One of our bath towels had obviously been used to wipe the floor. "

El problema de la caldera lo solucionaron siete días después de mi llegada y el frigorífico nunca funcionó y estuve alojado 9 noches. Anunciaban que estaban en recepción en un horario y cuando acudías allí no había nunca nadie. Gaste un montón de dinero en llamadas al número de emergencia que había en la puerta de recepción y...

"The place was spotless and had little touches to help make the stay comfortable. We had a minor issue with one of the apartments, but customer service was quick to deal with it and we really appreciated that. Overall a nice stay with great location, car parking is quite limited though."
