"Water heater was only on for a certain amount of time in the morning and night, if you are someone who takes showers late at night (11pm onwards) then good luck. Property was in the basement, and the door was right next to the whole buildings trash. When we arrived it was extremely unpleasant and smelly. Also note that if you have many luggages, there is no lift and the stairs are very narrow, and there is a bush at the top, which makes it even harder to carry things down as it is obstructing....

"Really lovely apartment and in a convenient location for getting to where we need to be. Although there are instructions about parking, it's pay & display and you can only stay in one place for 3 hours at a time, so it's worth looking up somewhere separate to leave your car (we had done this in advance so wasn't a problem for us). "It used to be one of my favourite hotels for business trip to Bristol but this time the experience has been extremely bad… almost 50 minutes waiting for the food at the restaurant during dinners , every single day …. The worst part was the housekeeping service … not done at all during the whole stay . I’ve to go the reception front desk asking for fresh towels every evening. The only positive thing for this hotel are the gym facilities. Regards "
