"I hate this flat more than you can possibly imagine. The car park is a joke requiring 87-point turn if you drive in rather reverse in. The communal space is filthy and poorly maintained. The renovation clearly used the cheapest materials & left it mostly unfinished.
Everything is done as cheaply as possible.
Asking for a second set of keys was denied (they are just Yale keys!)
At 7am we were met with most awful howling noise which I initially thought was a building site which turned out to be...

"I originally wanted to book from the 14th to the 18th but the system wouldn’t allow me to do that so I ended up booking one night and then after a couple of false starts I managed to book the other 3 nights. The first night I had a room with a shower which was very nice (lovely in fact). However the wi fi was terrible downstairs but works a lot better upstairs as I had to change rooms because of not being able to book all 4 nights at the same time. Really good otherwise."

"Lovely welcome and nice space in reception with free Tea / Coffee. Parking is free and plenty of space. The bed is massive!!! Really good location for the M5 and about 25 min drive into the city centre. The restaurant was great too. food lovely and staff nice. Only 10 mins drive away from Blaise Castle park run too - what a bonus!"

The area has no other restaurants within walking distance. The room was excellent but the facilities that were available were very poor."

"This is a lovely old building. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is superb for a good nights sleep. Set just outside town, a short taxi ride in and out, it was very quiet and ample safe parking. The Dinner was very good (Belly pork) and you must try the garlic and cheese bread, it is huge like a pizza and far more than we expected.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay a memorable one. Thank you very much.
I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."
