"The apartment is like new, it has very good facilities, the kitchen is very complete, the beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. The hostess Nayara is always worried about everything and always answers very quickly, congratulations."

"Great location, very central. Host provided early check-in which made our first day much easier. Comfortable bed and lots of space. The only reason I didn’t rate our stay higher was that the kitchen supplies were extremely minimal. There were four of us (two couples) and only three coffee mugs. No Tupperware or any kind of storage container to put food in. A few more kitchen amenities would have been nice given the length of our stay. Also small garbage bins in the bathrooms would be helpful. "

"The property was adequate for our needs but the whole place needed a thorough clean and some tlc. Garden furniture was in poor condition and only 4 chairs outside for a property that accommodates 14. Plenty of plates and cutlery, cups and glasses. Don’t think we’ll be going again. "

"We had a wonderful stay in London. The flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was within a 10-20 minute walk of most sites and a close walk to public transportation. "

"Good location with a great view. The walk to town is fairly easy but steep so not great for those with mobility challenges. We enjoyed the walk.Clear and timely communication. At night it was lovely and quiet which was great for sleep. Had everything we needed except salt but that is not unexpected.Loved having the pub just down the road. Would definitely recommend."

"Lovely apartment but couldn't get oven to turn on or microwave which was child locked. Went through folder on fridge but nothing to help with this issue. Also only had a few satellite channels and very bad signal which meant we were stuck with one music station. "

"Well positioned in Cheltenham Town Center, very convenient for the town and wider Cotswold area. Apartment was well apointed and spotlessly clean with nice little extras (Proseco) to welcome us. Sandeep, the owner, was charming and cmmunicative. Highly recommended."
