"The pod was clean and very comfortable. The lounge area was good and the staff very helpful. I really liked the shower cubicles and ironing facilities. I found this hotel a little noisier that the other place, there was a chap yelling at 11pm and slamming doors."

"Property was in a convenient location for moving around London! The rooms were ample size and offered great amenities. Rooms were quiet with no noise from other guests or outside. Spa facilities were nicely maintained and offered a very relaxing experience. Breakfast was continental and offered a good selection but could have been restocked quicker during busy periods. Staff were welcoming and friendly!"

"Check In war unterbesetzt und dadurch kam es zu einer Wartezeit von einer Stunde. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht ordnungsgemäß. Der Lift war defekt. Das Apartment wurde auch nicht gründlich gereinigt und man sah noch die Glasrandabdrücke der Vorgänger am Nachtkasten. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen."
