Had a few little issues like noise nuissance, door card not working constantly & water top ups had to be requested, which were all eventually sorted to be fair. Excellent to visit London, not too busy. Everything within walking disctance."

The room was a little small, but I travel solo so I didn't care. The only thing is you can hear the subway passing underground. But it didn't bother me. "Check in was quick as I completed pre-check in online. The property is on a quite street in the city mile. I had a junior suite which was a great choice, spacious and big bathroom with separate shower, toilet and bath, plus walk in wardrobe. Japanese toilet is a nice touch.
