"Great great location, clean, friendly staff; the air conditioning saved us in hot weather in July. We were minutes away from a lot of tourist attractions and we were able to easily commute to distant locations via tube. Having a mini kitchen was also great so we could grocery shop in Sainsburys (next to the building) and cook in our kitchenette. Made our London experience very enjoyable."

"The hotel was in a good location for the bus line to get anywhere in the city. The check-in process was not what I expected to see just to check in 30 minutes early. I was directed to join their online club to be able to check in early which i didn't completely mind since the train ride in from northern UK was about 3 hours. What I didn't like about check-in came after I got to my room which was a handicap assisted room...and they would not change it when requested! The hotel was also right...

"Great location The apartment had all ammenities for a weeks stay. The negatives were that there is no air conditioning in the building as it’s old. There were air conditioning units in the room which cooled the room down but they are very loud. The list was not working the whole week we were there, not good timing in 30° heat. We also had a room that had stairs into the bathrooms, and after the entry. A little problematic with a young child when all doors are heavy fire doors and chained."

"There was confusion regarding check in as they don't have a front desk. Was unsure how to access the unit until the moment we arrived. Had to ring a doorbell and an employee came. They then give you codes to get in. Not sure what would happen after hours or late on weekends as I don't think anyone is there. Other than that the neighborhood is good and safe. The unit was very clean but very basic. Could have used a coffee table. The roll out "bed" was horrible though. It more of a roll out chair....

"The accommodations are definitely worn - the carpet was pretty gross, couch was old and pull out bed was uneven. Window latches were unreliable, and a number of ceiling lights were out or flickering. Smelled of smoke and had cigarette butts on the balcony ledge. Bathrooms were solid and washing machine was perfect for us. The service was great, and space overall worked well for our family, but given other options available I would opt for another accommodation for a future trip"
