"My overall rating would have been excellent. The location is superb and convenient for my purposes in London. However, I had a upgraded room that had the window open to the main road with high noise levels. It's not exactly the fault of the hotel but it made the night a little uncomfortable. "The hotel had only re-opened after a major refurbishment . I only checked-in less than a week after re-opening. Everything needless to say was spotless and totally brand new. The staff were superb and well-trained and very helpful. Breakfast was a joy and the dining area was superb, a great panoramic view of much of central London.
Probably the best hotel I've ever been in to date. I can totally recommend it"
