"Staff were great! Room was way too small, had no AC (they did provide a fan tho), the bathroom was uncomfortably small and the shower head was not working the first night until maintenance fixed it the next day.
The plus to this hotel is location. Everything is in walking distance."

"This is a very nice looking hotel in which the rooms actually do look like the photos online which is rare! The staff were professional and welcoming and our room was clean, well presented and a good size for the price in London. The bathroom was excellent with a really great shower. The only down side was that our room overlooked a courtyard with loads of industrial vents that were quite noisy, the windows are thin and I'm guessing it's a conservation area or something because they haven't been...

Possibilité de laisser son bagage si arrivée tôt dans la matinée. Chambre très propre et moderne (la literie est super). Dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel il y a un café restaurant avec terrasse : très bon et le personnel est au top
Cet hôtel se trouve à 15mn à pied de st pancras et à 15mn d'Oxford street très pratique."
