"The Bedford is a clean, serviceable hotel in a good location for exploring London. The surrounding areas are safe. Great pubs just across the food and many good restaurants close by. Make sure you get a room on the "garden side" as the main road on the other side of the building is busy and noisy. Like anywhere in the UK in a hot summer, the buildings will get unbearably hot for anyone who is used to Air Conditioning, so if that's you, find somewhere else to stay.
