"The room was clean and big enough, but so very warm, all the time, we had a small fan which was not enough, so window open meant even on 6th floor facing the street, it was noisy, hard to sleep through the night. Should have upgraded to a room facing the rear, but that wouldn’t solve the hot room problem.
Breakfast and the servers at the restaurant were top notch."

"This is a very nice looking hotel in which the rooms actually do look like the photos online which is rare! The staff were professional and welcoming and our room was clean, well presented and a good size for the price in London. The bathroom was excellent with a really great shower. The only down side was that our room overlooked a courtyard with loads of industrial vents that were quite noisy, the windows are thin and I'm guessing it's a conservation area or something because they haven't been...
"L'accueil a été impeccable personnel très souriant et serviable.
Possibilité de laisser son bagage si arrivée tôt dans la matinée. Chambre très propre et moderne (la literie est super). Dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel il y a un café restaurant avec terrasse : très bon et le personnel est au top
Cet hôtel se trouve à 15mn à pied de st pancras et à 15mn d'Oxford street très pratique."
