"We booked for 6 nights and given an under-the-ground dungeon, with one window looking into a concrete wall 3 feet away. Small and tight for 1 and we were a party of 2.
I thought they would have "placed" longer-stay guests in an above ground room with some view, even if only the street - to increase their level of satisfaction, re-bookings and/or recommendations.
The room had a strong & pervasive smell of mildew, which became intense when the power/AC was off/returning from our daily...
"Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war jedoch sehr abgenutzt, altbacken und auch sehr staubig. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, keine Lampen am Bett und nur einen sehr schmalen Schrank für 4 Personen. Das Zimmer wäre dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Es gab nur eine extrem grelle Kaltlichtlampe an der Decke in der Raummitte, was ziemlich unbehaglich wirkte."
"Not a bad place but no A/C but they had fans to give you the water in the shower was really hot and took along time to cool down. No restaurants on site only for breakfast. Staff was very helpful with directions and ideas to do eat."
"Room was very neat and staff friendly, however there were flys all over the room, I had spent the first 15 minutes of my stay killing flys all around the room."

Avoid room 19 as it has a 15cm “step over” into the bathroom which is a H&S hazard when getting to the bathroom during the day or even worse middle of the night"
