Kir Royal Gallery

El mantenimiento de la instalación es deplorable. El elevador muy mal atendido tenía tapes q aguantaban lo q una vez fue papel tapis. Solamente en la habitación había un toma para la electricidad. En fin lo único positivo es la localización.

I’d describe the property as fine. For the price it was very underwhelming and I wished I’d spent the same amount on one of the neighboring properties. It felt like it needed an update, with huge gaps under the doors that let light and a lot of noise from the hallway in. The staff was very kind, my only complaint is the outdated bathrooms, decor, carpet and tv. It was a fine hotel and I’d have no complaints if it was half the price.

We had a lovely little patio that we enjoyed every day. The staff were so helpful in calling taxis (Alba and Danish), contacting a laundry so we could drop off our clothes and not have to worry about trying to communicate in Spanish (Joao), leaving relevant messages for the next day's staff (Carlos)... They always followed through. Jose was a ray of sunshine at breakfast in the morning. Housekeeping was always so accommodating. The location is excellent - very central but quiet. We loved our stay at the Valentia.
