"Llegamos cerca de la hora de cierre del desayuno ( 10.20 AM ) y era totalmente evidente que el personal estaba mas enfocado a cerrar el turno que a dar servicio al cliente. Mucho "stress" y discusión entre ellos por el cierre. Se entiende que el servicio tiene sus horas, pero también debe entenderse que uno de los factores de diferenciación está en dar satisfacción al huésped. Deben analizar este aspecto. La ubicación del hotel y sus instalaciones son buenas"

"We did not avail the breakfast, front desk staff's are great, very accommodating and speaks English (which is a plus), the room we are book are excellent -we did not anticipate a patio, that is a plus. Clean rooms, and well maintained property. The only thing is, it is far from the city of Barcelona, subway is not that far anyways, the hotel is in Eixample, very safe place. "

"Thomas (spelling?) checked is and gave a good overview of Barcelona and several restaurant recommendations… the ones we tried were great. Given the price, it was disappointing that there was no “free” water or coffee.the gym was a little basic but you can see that from the picture. The sauna was fine and you can book it+gum, as you are on view to the gym. Kitchen facilities were very useful, and good size fridge either small freezer department. Bedside tables were a little small. Very good...
