No reply about the process via Expedia messenger in advance, tried to call the number on the booking multiple times during the afternoon before heading to the property and then when we arrived with it going straight to voicemail, then called Expedia customer service who had the same issue initially before finally getting through to someone. After waiting stood outside in the freezing cold on the phone to Expedia for an hour we booked into another hotel and gave up,...

"Ideal for visiting the o2 as we did, rather noisy around with building works when arrived but quiet over night. Reception said they would come back to us regarding a room upgrade but didn’t? Shower way too hot with apparent little option to adjust, that may have just been our room? Breakfast overall was nice but hot food not great, only scrambled egg which wasn’t the best, only streaky bacon and sausage poor quality, no baked beans, tinned mushrooms! Nice coffee, quiet relaxing dining area...
