"The property was okay. The room was clean and the staff friendly. The check in was quick and easy. The room smelled a little bit smoky and stuffy. The hot tub is very small, the water was not hot enough and the jets were out of order."

"I was unaware at time of booking that it was a shared bathroom hotel , if I would have known I would have never booked this hotel . We were supposed to stay another night but we canceled due to the inconvenience"

"Splurge, book this hotel! Everything from the staff to the rooms far exceeded our expectations. The Pacific Club Lounge was definitely worth it for us as was the luggage service from hotel to cruise ship. Loved our stay!"
