"Beautiful venue and location in London , away from all the tourist crowds which happens at the week-end.
Perfect typical Four Seasons service standards- everyone is so friendly with a non-frosty , arrogant nature. Always wanting to support or engage when necessary.
Room was amazing and the house keeping team were brilliant.
We ate in the Chinese/Japanese restaurant Mei Ume which is set in a beautiful dining room. The food was delicious and service very good.

"We were given a good room. Clean and a good standard. Quiet area. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
Only comment would be the noise of the aircon/heating during the night, but this was our fault for not being able to figure out how to turn it off!"

"What a find this hotel was. A quirky and well kept hotel with bags of personality, this hotel has a family run feel with an eye for detail. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the area. 5 min walk to DLR and easy access into London’s attractions. "
