"Beautiful venue and location in London , away from all the tourist crowds which happens at the week-end.
Perfect typical Four Seasons service standards- everyone is so friendly with a non-frosty , arrogant nature. Always wanting to support or engage when necessary.
Room was amazing and the house keeping team were brilliant.
We ate in the Chinese/Japanese restaurant Mei Ume which is set in a beautiful dining room. The food was delicious and service very good.

"My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night on a trip to London to go to the theater.
It was an excellent hotel, very clean and well kept. The room was great, very comfy bed and an amazing shower.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, can't recommend highly enough."
