"Pros: location was great. Easy access to the train station and restaurants. They have a storage room to leave luggage while waiting to check-in. Cons: no AC so the room was hot even with windows open and the small fans they provided. I did not realize rooms not equipped with AC when booking. Also cleaning could be better."

"Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, lo único que pudiera reprochar es que ya se está haciendo un poco viejo el hotel, aunque tiene buen mantenimiento, el edificio ya se ve un poco viejo, lo mismo que algunas áreas de las habitaciones. No es un hotel económico y mucho menos por estar en Londres, lo que se paga es la ubicación, sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí."
