"Beautiful venue and location in London , away from all the tourist crowds which happens at the week-end.
Perfect typical Four Seasons service standards- everyone is so friendly with a non-frosty , arrogant nature. Always wanting to support or engage when necessary.
Room was amazing and the house keeping team were brilliant.
We ate in the Chinese/Japanese restaurant Mei Ume which is set in a beautiful dining room. The food was delicious and service very good.

The hotel is very beautiful with a nice bar and the rooms new and comfortable for a family of 4.
The hotel is close to restaurants and is part of the old London area which is magic and historic .
We really enjoyed the place . And thank you guys for the beautiful note you left us and of course all the food we had at the refrigerator so sad we couldn't eat it all ."

"Lovely place, staff were all welcoming and helpful without exception. Room had everything we needed and breakfast was delicious. The bar itself is cosy and great selection of drinks and the private roof terrace for hotel guests was a wonderful bonus for views of the city with a late cocktail! Hope to return soon!"
