"The hotel was very nice and food was great but when we had a problem in the room we was told someone would be up straight away but no and problem not fix that evening. And email hotel after with full details and got reply with thanks for the email but nothing . Would you stay there again 🤔"

Apex City of London Hotel
"Staff was very accommodating and attentive, and I would recommend opting for the breakfast with your reservations. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is that, at least in my room, there was nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels near the shower. They should add towel hooks."
