"The apartment was great and had everything we needed."

"Our favourite London apartment hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff, well equipped rooms, clean and conveniently located. Our room was more expensive than usual due to time of year between Christmas and New Year. Unusually, the fridge wasn't as spotlessly clean on our arrival as we are used to here, and the dishwasher smelled unpleasant and had broken parts inside it. The decorative "pool" underneath the apartment windows looked unusually grubby, as if in need of maintenance "

"We logeerden graag in dit sfeervolle hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kleinschaligheid van het hotel vond ik een groot pluspunt. Met bovendien gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten. Zoals overal in Londen is er tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend straatlawaai. Ik vond het dus heel attent dat er oordopjes ter beschikking waren. Het dakterras voor de gasten vond ik een leuk extraatje. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar heel lekker en vers. "

La habitación es bonita, aunque la cama es chica, tipo queen o matrimonial, la regadera si es un punto a mejorar, es muy pequeña y la presión no es buena."

"Right next to Tower of London. Washer/ dryer in room. Staff was extremely accommodating! Serviced rooms early in morning. Pull out bed was comfortable enough for children. Queen bed was very firm (not a problem for us but may be for some). Across from train and lovely pub. Would stay again! "

"Stayed one night. Easy to find - travelled to vis Elizabeth line & district line. Helpful staff that welcomed us whilst checking in & later in the evening on our return. Felt secure with main entry door access system & lift to all floors. Very clean room & bathroom. Excellent comfortable king size bed & excellent bedding. Aptel East was very quiet. "Great amenities. I love the availability of drinking water and apples at the reception area. Pool can get busy, hardly any deck available but lovely addition to our stay, i felt rejuvenated after using sauna and steam room. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and helpful concierge. Few minutes walk towards Tower Bridge- so beautiful at night. Love how the bar is open til late! Sum it all up, a wonderful stay."
