"They treat you like a second class client for booking thru Expedia. Front desk girl was rude and not helpful. Property was clean and very comfortable, the gentleman that checked us in was helpful and friendly."

"The Montenegro hotel is very close to all the best bits of Santiago. Shopping, eating, historic buildings and of course the cathedral. The rooms are quite small, but modern and functional. No A/C which might be a problem in summer. WiFi was good and receptionist was very helpful. Shame that reception ..."
