Ignore the fact it’s across the river, it’s only a few minutes easy walk over the pedestrian bridge from all the action. Fourth floor room had a little noise from the bars in the street, but it cut out quite abruptly at some point before midnight. "

Breakfast on the seventh floor was lovely both the food, view & staff. It was an about 15 to 20 minute walk into the old town but easy to do. We really enjoyed our time at the grand artist."

"Easy to navigate the city from this property. This is the old part of Bilbao and it is lovely. The mistake we made was to shop and tour the newer and trendier part of the city. The old city is a great experience and wonderful shops and restaurants. Anyway, loved the staff and the shower and beds were amazing. The hotel is small and well preserved. It is a little loud from the fifth floor facing the street, but we loved the stay and friendliness of all the people. Would love to come back...

"Great location right next to Plaza Nueva. Room was clean and comfortable and there is a friendly bar downstairs for a light breakfast. "

"We had an issue with the AC but staff came and fixed it. Only decaf coffee packets available. No bedside lighting on the 3rd and 4th beds. But overall we loved the property. The location was perfect if you want to be in the middle of the action in old town."

"My husband and I had fantastic 4 night stays. The room especially the bathroom is clean and bed is very comfortable. I chose this hotel because of it's location, just few steps to Guggenheim museum. Also, the Old town is walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast daily. The food was delicious and had variety to choose from. The restaurant staff and reception staff are nice, friendly and very helpful. We were delighted and enjoyed our stays. If we ever return to...
