"It was a very comfortable stay, everything clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. However it is not a full service hotel which means that you have to be coming down to reception in case you need anything, they don’t bring it up to your room. My room key didn’t work twice but they have 24 hours desk service."

"Breakfast is poor"

"It was a little quirky but overall we really liked it."

"Sauberes Zimmer und preiswert. Kann ich empfehlen"

"Loved the hotel, great location but extremely quiet and tranquil. Housekeeping team were fantastic, in and out like ninjas, leaving the room spotless and smelling great. We both slept really well and enjoyed the great shower and amenities."

"Personale accogliente e bella doccia"

"Greater staff"

"This hotel is in a great location. Close to the river and the tram and the funicular. Several grocery stores within 5 minutes walk. Lots of funky tavernas and restaurants nearby. The Guggenheim is an easy 15 minute walk along the river. The suite itself was great. It was nicely equipped with dishes and cutlery, glasses and mugs. We were able to prepare breakfast and snacks with the grill pain and pots on hand. There’s a full size fridge with a small freezer, a convection microwave and a 2 burner...
