"en general todo bien unicamente el area de la regadera demasiado pequeña hasta para agacharse topabas con paredes y la puerta de vidrio dejaba salir el agua por debajo hacia el baño cuando te bañabas entonces el piso siempre estaba mojado."

"Great breakfast."

"Hotel was excellent highly recommend it. Suggest to call the hotel to have a better understanding of where the room is located if it is your first time as some rooms are not part of the palace. Staff was excellent and it being our first time in Getxo/Bilbao, they were very helpful and informative with great recommendations for sightseeing, shopping & dining. To be honest, they were all great but Mercedes, Ysabel, Christian, Alvarro, Arkais, Asiyer,"

"Actually the hotel notified in advance that they were having problems so had moved us to Hotel Ercilla, a sister property but more upscale. I recommend it. "
