"Absolutely everything was wonderful from the minute we checked in until the moment we checked out! The pool was awesome! The staff was amazing! The food was very good and we never went hungry! "It was more than we expected. The staff was amazing! So warm and friendly! They really went above and beyond for my birthday. Our beach front room was great. We loved that you didn’t need reservations for the nice restaurants. The food was amazing! The breakfast and lunch buffets were so high end but the gala buffet is not to be missed!!!! We ate at the French restaurant, Italian, steak house, gala buffet and did room service one night… all top notch. Ruben was our butler, I can’t say enough...

"The nature feel of the resort was very nice, it had a good jungle feel in the middle of the resort. The seaweed was constantly being cleaned. Unfortunately a lit of the amenities did not work. The sports bar was closed, many restaurants were closed throughout the week. Our room had many issues, the fridge broke twice, the hair dryer didn't work, toilet was broken. Honestly I feel that I was mislead about this resort. If I had know about the closures I would have made a different choice honestly"
