"This property was great! No fighting for pool/beach chairs which seems to be common in Mexico. The drinks were amazing as the bartenders knew their stuff. Great food options and just a great time. Access to the beach and staff were a highlight for me during this stay."

"It was very conveniently located next to Quinta Avenida. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a laundromat next door, so I was able to get my laundry washed and folded at the end of my trip - a definite plus. You need to pay for parking in the area if you have a car, but it is not expensive. The front office staff can pay on your behalf ahead of time and you reimburse them when you check out."

"We spent 6 days at Riviera Maya. Our stay was just wonderful. The property was beautiful. Our room was great. Daily housekeeping was a real treat. For the last night we upgraded to a garden suite room which was fantastic. The pool was amazing. It was off season so we had the run of the place! Hotel staff was extremely helpful. Hotel was super close to the beach! Amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We will be back!"

"Limited restaurant choices"
