"Wilber, our butler, was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond for us on several different occasions. Staff were very accommodating for the most part. We've been home a couple days-and already planning our next strip and asking for Wilber again! If you have the chance to interact or have him for your concierge, please get to know him and his backstory. Truly inspiring and greatly appreciated in the great work and caring he does. "

"The hotel is really great. The food was fantastic. The staff is really wonderful. The pools are great and the drinks are great. Overall a fantastic place to stay. The room was comfortable. Great king bed. Big room. The tub in the room was awesome. I will say, I was given a $500 resort credit which did play a big role in picking the resort, BUT it was very restrictive. It had very specific things it could be used for; ie only $30 for excursions, $50 for a birthday package, $40 off of a tomahawk...
