"I stayed at the hotel in early May and paid top dollars compared to other hotels nearby. However during my stay we had power outages two times and there was so much suffocation in the room. This made the visit extremely unpleasant as it triggered my asthma. I would encourage everyone to not stay here and find alternative options as there is no point in paying top price for such disappointing service."

"This is a very clean, boutique Hard Rock Hotel. It is smaller than other locations, however the staff, decor and the fact you can borrow a guitar during your visit makes this a memorable stay. The food was good, shops are approx 15mins walk away, the main Atocha train station is close by. The gym was a little underwhelming, but we walked so much of the city that we probably would never had made it for a session anyway! The rooftop bar had an excellent vibe, staff very attentive and excellent...

The breakfast buffet is amazing and the food in the restaurant is as good as any of the restaurants in the city, there was only two things that weren’t great the housekeeping staff didn’t really clean the room too well daily they would forget to refill the coffee and change out the coffee cups, and would even leave used room service plates in...

"We had a good stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, everything was walking distance including transportation. Bathroom utilities weren’t provided but that’s fine. "

"Friendly and helpful Front Office Team. The Hostel is however featured as business, but it lacks of quality and services for someone that looks for a comfort stay. Kitchen had simply two microwaves and 4/5 high stand up chairs, getting crowded when more people wanted to eat together. Cleanliness was not at all in line with the expectations for a Business Hostel, as they cleaned common areas and bathrooms just once per day. Definitely recommend the property to revise these cleaning standards."

"While the single basic rooms are cozy, they have nice sized bathrooms to spread into and a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling. We took advantage of Online Check-in and received free coffee, tea and soda during our stay! Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the train station or Prado. Just around the corner from Reina Sofia, Botanical Gardens, Retiro Park."
