My Space Barcelona welcomes you to Barcelona!

Newly renovated and fully equipped and furnished apartment of 70 m2, located in a building with an elevator and with optional parking in the same building (30€ / day).

Near the apartment, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and stores. The area is very well connected with metro and bus lines (Muntaner, V13). In the Sarrià neighborhood, you will find jewels of the artistic movement, including some of the best works of Gaudí, as well as the best clinics and hospitals (Hospital Clínic, Clínica Teknon, Clínica Dexeus, Hospital Quirón, Instituto Guttmann, Clínica IMO, Institut Català de Retina, Clínica Barraquer, Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, Hospital for children San Juan de Dios), colleges and business schools (ESADE, IESE, UIC, UPC, CEA) throughout Barcelona.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

No reply to any messages on problems with appartment

At check in we found the freezer door partly open and the freezer completely clogged with ice, and hence unusable. Also the oven was impossible to get hot. I contected the renter by means on e-mail, whats-app and in the message-parts of the Vrbo and check-in apps. All with no reply. Also, daily reminders went unanswered, even when I replied to mails on other subjects from them. Be aware that ‘after-check-in’ service and follow-up is non-existent.

Silencioso y limpio pero con necesidad de actualizar

El apartamento está limpio y tiene todo tipo de accesorios: tendal, tostadora, exprimidor, plancha, etc. Y Es muy silencioso. Pero necesitaría actualizar o modernizar algo del mobiliario: mesillas, sofá, ducha. Es el único pero que le pongo.

Great Location and It Served The Purpose

Cleanliness-The floors were clean. The bathroom was relatively clean. I found some hair in the middle of the coffee table in the living room (it didn't belong to either my roommate or me). The towels were substandard (some with small holes) and no face towels or hand towels were provided. The dishes were clean and stored. The beds had cheap sheets and hardly any blankets. They were definitely shabby. The worse part of this apartment is definitely the bathroom linens, bedding, and the mattresses, WITHOUT QUESTION!! Other things to make mention of: They don't provide paper towels or napkins. They provide 1 roll of toilet tissue. There was no dishwasher detergent, so all dishes had to be washed by hand. The mattresses are extremely hard with no "give" or flexibility whatsoever. They returned the security deposit timely (less than 2 business days). The neighbors are residents of Barcelona, so not everyone was there on vacation. It was a great location to access the bus system and the underground metro system. Taxis are plentiful!! There's a pizza place up the street, many cafes, and stores in the area. The apartment was spacious with lots of natural light. The property managers responded to all of my emails very timely (within the same day). Overall, it was a great place to stay, especially for the price.

grand appartement, lit confortable.

Grand appartement. Central mais un peu éloigné des principaux sites à visiter dans Barcelone. Beaucoup de commodités tel qu’épiceries et traiteurs très près de l’appartement. Bonne réception au jour de l’arrivée de la part du gérant de l’établissement.

Apartment looks NOTHING like pictures !!!!

The apartment was minimally clean, but the bathroom door handle was falling off, the shower had grossly discolored caulking and looked nasty, the stovetop was cracked and broken, freezer was a solid block of ice, so much so that the door wouldn't close properly. On the plus side, the staff at the check in desk were super nice and getting checked in was easy. If only the accommodations had been as described, it would have been much better. Very disappointed in the actual apartment as opposed to the pictures listed online.

Nice, however...

The location and area is really good. However, the flat is not value for money. You can get better or equally good places for less money in Barcelona. Unfortunatelly, I had to make the booking in the last minute so didn't have much choice.

Much smaller than the pictures depict!

A few good things: the towels were soft, the unit was clean, the balcony was great, albeit quite noisy in the courtyard, actual top sheet on bed and fitted bottom sheet. We found it out of the way, if you like to walk to places. They listed it as close to city, but not really! No real amenities for an apartment. Upon arrival someone should have come to the room and showed us a bunch of stuff, like how to roll up and down the blinds (didn't realize it was on a remote!!). No instructions to use the European coffee maker, the washer, etc. No paper towels. Could have left one packet of detergent to wash clothes. We ended up having to buy everything and this has not happened at any other Home Away we stayed at. The bed was like a floor. Out of 9 cities we stayed in this was by far the worse bed. It is onething to have a firm bed, quite another for it to be as bad as the floor. We did not sleep for 4 nights. It was our honeymoon and my husband had to sleep on the couch which was barely any better.

Noisy, kind staff, refund no problem, garage

Good and nice position, one way noisy street with many scooters all night long, furnitures and other equipment a little old and bad shape. Refund of the deposit no problem for us, got our money back within one week. The staff was kind and helpfull. Parking in their underground parking a plus. Nice part of Barcelona, good restaurants in the neighbourhood.
