"It’s the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel and I don’t regret it. The rooms are warm and spacious. The quality of the main restaurant is not great but if you are in Madrid, you always eat somewhere else."

"Below average reception checking in service. No mention of my platinum Expedia status. Received a room on the first floor facing the wall for about 600 Euros a night. Complained but no help. Room was sold as Deluxe and the window faced a wall. Unacceptable miss representation of the room. Checked in on Monday and the lady at reception told us that the pool would be closed on Monday's. She had the wrong information as the pool was open. Unacceptable."

"Clean room, exactly as pictured. Great friendly staff. Great bar amenities. I’d recommend this place to all my friends and family. Location was excellent too, only a 3 minute walk to the metro station. Supermarket and coffee shop right across the street"

"Check-in was efficient and we were given immediate access to our room when we arrived at midday. The room was a good size with an excellent bed. Shower over the bath but perfectly ok. Concierge staff were extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings. The hotel is located within reasonable walking distance of most attractions but the area itself is not to everyone’s taste - very busy and a bit noisy at night. Breakfast buffet was good but forget the bar, it’s a disaster and not...
