"If you are looking to stay somewhere a little busy, Sunrise is it. We were there end of March, lots of young people but lots of families too. Ice cream is very good. Restaurant reservations are hard to get. Expect to wait for things like drinks, etc. Sunrise resort is bigger and more crowded than Nizuc. Nizuc is quieter and smaller. "Moon Palace was amazing. Our family had a great stay. The pool and beach were amazing. We went deep sea fishing and had a great time except for the 10 foot waves. This is a great resort and highly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely return for another spring break trip. "

"It’s a beautiful resort. The rooms and beds are so comfortable. Nice little touches like a nespresso machine and a few snacks in the room. The terrace is big and beautiful if you have a garden view room. Lots for kids to do. We were in the grand and the water park is fabulous. Their special event nights aren’t widely advertised so look for those on the app. They are fun and have a ton of food. Fun to watch the little coiti animals every evening. About 25 of them walked right outside our terrace...

"I was really disappointed with our stay at hotel tequila. We stayed there 3 years ago and it was lovely. When we arrived it took us banging at the wooden gate and calling the hotel 3 times before some came opened the gate so our cab driver could drop us off. The room was clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable. We paid for breakfast, but there was nothing that my husband would eat. He asked if they just had some toast and maybe some sausage that wasnt mixed with the egg, and said yes but...

"Very bad experience at this hotel. I was honestly ready to leave after the first night. The front desk was not helpful at all and didn’t try to solve anything. Worst customer service I’ve experienced ! it didn’t feel like a Hilton-level hotel at all. The pool area was also disappointing. Umbrellas couldn’t be opened, so there was no shade, and the water was very cold. Overall, a really poor stay. I would not recommend this place. Never."

Pros: Patricia was extremely helpful helping us solving issues calling for us using her phone, answering many of our questions, thank you so much! Kids loved the pool, shared with few other guests.
