Què li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
The room was very clean and cleaned everyday. All the staff were exceptional
The beach staff who brought drinks and food were exceptional very thoughtful. From the lifeguards to each server, coming to the beach we knew we would be taken care of.
Sweet and Coffee has some of the best staff each and everytime we came there the sated has a smile on their face and was willing to make the drink we wanted.
Able from Trattoria was an amazing server he served us 2 times and was always pleasant to talk to
-Francisco from Thai was a pleasant server always kind and at service there was never a dirty plate at our table.
-Adrian from Trattoria was a very sweet server he asked about our stay and found out it was our honeymoon then made us a special dessert with our names and a heart, made our dinner that bit more special.
-Brenda from front desk was always willing to help and answer any questions if we had any. She was very pleasant
-Alexis: when we had a slight inconvenience he was there to make sure everything was smooth and our experience stayed top notch, we were taken care
