"Location. Location. Location. The hotel is in the heart of Times Square and the theatre district. Nice size rooms with a view of the Times Square madness. Restaurant has great food and a pleasant bar experience. Security features made us feel safe in the heart of the big city. I missed having coffee maker in the room for that first morning cup. Other than that minor quirk, this is a great place to stay in NYC"

"What a wonderful experience. Staff was helpful and kind. We were offered a free upgrade from an interior queen room to a king city view. We were also selected for free room service breakfast. Easy check out process. Left our bags before check in to walk around the city. Highly recommend if you’re going to the city to see a Broadway show!"

"The room was TINY but I guess that's to be expected in NYC. The shower water could never regulate and was usually scalding. It was very close to Times Square which was convenient and the staff was very nice. Overall, considering we only slept in the room, it was fine."

"the manager, Jamie, was very rude to us. The check-in process was a disaster, with the staff not being able to promptly handle even a modest line of clients (three couples, including us. The staff also never told us that there was major construction works going on. Terrible stay !"
