"All of the staff from the Reception area through to Dinning were always smiling, friendly and always at hand to help with anything or just a chat. The hotel has a great relaxed vibe which is a great credit to the staff. We found the location to be fabulous as walking along the coast one way took us towards Adeje and the other to Los Cristianos. "Nestled just above the beach in the heart of Los Cristianos this was a decibel l definite case of don't judge a book by its cover. The outside is like the rest of the buildings there, a little dated, but the inside is nicely renovated such that on walking through the doors you could be in any upmarket hotel from New York to Tokyo. "Great hotel and amazing staff. Breakfast was good and the pool area was very chilled out. Only negatives are the sea view rooms are very noisy from noise on the street outside and people on the beach in the dark. The indoor pool is at a charge ."

"Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! "
