"We showed up well before check-in time just to drop off our luggage, but they were able to put us in our room at that time, which was awesome. Only real complaint was that the bathroom smelled like it had been freshly used, but it was fine after letting it air out for a bit, there was an open bottle of drinking water in the bathroom, and we had no actual drinking water in the room. But the hotel smelled good, was in very good condition amd had a prime, posh location. "

"This hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious (we had a family suite room), the breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The hotel is right across the street from the V&A and Natural History Museums and short walk to Harrods or a tube station, dinning and shops. Access to the pool depends on the schedule of the health club next door (swimming lessons etc)- looks like drop-in swim time is mostly on the weekends in the morning. The hop on/off bus stop was two steps away from the entrance....
