"Nice hotel, nicely appointed rooms. 2 negatives: the coffee maker in the room sometimes worked. Heard there are issues with them. the second was that i could hear the rooms next to me and above me, was quite loud and kept me up at night/and in the morning. A quick walk to shops and subway, a quiet location, near the park . "

"Room was small but okay. Soundproofing not great - there was noise from the corridor that woke me up late at night and early in the morning. The latch on the bathroom window was broken which meant it could be opened from the outside, and the room was on the ground floor, which was not great. On arrival at the property my card was pre-authorised with 5% of the room rate, which was presented as just in case I used any items from the fridge; on departure this was instead described as an optional...

"The decorating is spectacular. Staff very pleasant and room gorgeous. However a nasty surprise to find the addition of a 60 pound service charge for staff, discretionary, which we had removed. This should be covered by the room charges which are very high indeed. "

"I always like staying here, it's got quite expensive but it has everything I prefer. The property is beautiful, the rooms are lovely although some can be noisy. The pool is an absolute treat and so are the lovely steam room & sauna. It can get a bit busy down there but if you get it to yourself it's heaven! Breakfast is expensive but very good with excellent vegetarian options, the staff in the restaurant are the best :) the cocktail bar is good but pricey and sometimes the service is a bit off...

"Royal Garden has become my favorite place to stay in London. The rooms are so well appointed and well thought out. Every member of staff I encountered from the start of my visit to the end was kind, helpful, and accommodating. The location is incredibly convenient. Recommend completely."

"We really enjoy our stay in this hotel. Perfect location, in a fancy neighborhood, really close to underground station. Hyde Park is just a little walk distance. Friendly and nice staff. Room is well decorated, with comfy bed. Bathroom has shower and bath tub. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Lots of amenities like electric kettle and coffee machine with plenty of tea and coffee pods. Complimentary bottles of water. Everything perfect! Just a suggestion: the only thing missing in the room...

"Great small hotel in an amazing location with wonderful staff. They have three working lifts, but also a staircase, so you don’t have to wait for the elevator."
