"A general comment would be that the property could use some maintenance, especially the outside. Hot tub breaker kept flipping off so water was only warm when we arrived and we had to keep turning it back on, some deck planks are loose and a hazard, general appearance is rundown and hot tub was dirty. Lawn was cut and outdoor fireplace was great! Indoor furniture and beds were fantastic and everything was very clean inside. Disappointing that we had to follow up and request our 1,000 deposit...

"The chalet was very clean. Parking is convenient. The staff were all super nice and handled all questions. We enjoyed our stay."

"The house was lovely. The hot tub was not working when we arrived, which was disappointing. The water pressure is low, making showers a bit of a challenge. The master bedroom did not have great window coverings. The items available in the kitchen was limited. The rest of the house was roomy and comfortable. The view of the mountains and location to Jasper was incredible."

"We had a 3 nights stay with 6 people and most everything was perfect! The pictures do not show how close everything is! It is a cabin at a lodge so everything was close together. Meaning other rooms were next to the cabin and other houses were next to the cabin. You can see the entrance to the lodge itself out the kitchen window! The cabin itself is old but for what we needed it has everything. Rustic feel. Could use a few more kitchen items because we cooked every night. Nice outdoor deck!...

"The cabin was very nice and a good location but was short on kitchen supplies. . There were no large plates to put things on, we had a group of 8 people with just 8 plates and bowls, no extras to use for other things, no extra cups and very limited glasses. Only one cookie sheet and mixing bowls and no storage containers. We had just come from a different place we rented in Golden which was much better equipped."
