We also had our dog with us, which I notified the hotel about several weeks before our arrival. The hotel did not tell us there was a no dog policy in the restaurant, and we were embarrassed by the staff when we went down for breakfast. They sent an email to show the charge on my credit card the day later. - need to ask for refill on Tea bags and coffee everyday. - did not get the bottle of water that had been ask twice on phone service and one time at the desk. Finally I got the water after I went down to front desk again to ask again. That is not a Five stars hotel we experienced."
