"They don't say this upfront, but there are no elevators! They hide it in their listing under accessibility instead of telling customers outright. The process getting in was super easy, but our room was nothing like the listing. I reserved a king room with a small kitchenette, but when we got there it was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit with no king bed. Tried to text the number they provided but didn't hear back. Also charging $40 a night for parking is insane. There is tons of free parking...

"The place was great but I think that you should have TV’s is in every bedrooms. The floor plan wasn’t to my liking because I am a disabled person and I can’t walk up all those stairs. I feel like the living room and kitchen should have downstairs also the parking is horrible. But overall the stay was good"

"The interior of room looked exactly like the photos - really well done. Also, the mini-split was very quiet, and kept the room comfortable. However, the room suffered from lack of maintenance. There were a lot issues, especially for the high price. The biggest issue was that the beautiful windows that look out were so dirty, that it made it difficult to see out. Even the glass on the shower was covered in water spots. The bathroom sink did not drain, and the light on one of the nightstands...

"広くて綺麗でとても快適です。 2つのベッドルームにはそれぞれバストイレもついていてルームシェアのように使えるので長期滞在にはとても良いです。 調味料は何もないので持参するか現地調達する必要があります。 奥の部屋のは、シャワールームのドアの下に隙間があり、普通に使ってもトイレがびしょびしょになるため、タオルをバスマット代わりに敷いて使いました。 犬を飼っている人が多く、廊下に犬のフンが落ちていることがあるので床をよく見て歩いてください！"

"The apartment/hotel was super clean and spacious. One bedroom, full kitchen, and living space. Location of place was fantastic. It was pretty quiet considering we stayed in a busy area. The downside is that there is no parking available so we paid to park overnight next to where we stayed. However, it’s not a deal breaker for us. We’d love to come back and stay again but make it a longer stay as we only stayed one night."

"Very clean, private, beautiful property. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Safe neighborhood, Starbucks is a block away. 5 minute Uber to Fairplex. Cute and friendly dog in gated area!"
